Arrival

Middleburg, VA (the wedding location) and Haymarket, VA (the wedding hotel location) are situated ~40 miles outside the DC area, which is served by Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), and Union Station.

Rideshare apps (like Uber) are available from the airports and train station into the country, but are less reliable when returning, so we recommend renting a car or reserving a local car service (like Falcon Cab).

Accommodations & transportation

As our wedding weekend will take place in a quaint, rural part of Virginia with limited lodging options, we have arranged complimentary accommodations for our guests at the Hilton in Haymarket, VA (approximately 30 minutes from the wedding events) on Friday and Saturday nights.

Shuttles will be provided between the hotel and wedding events, and valet parking will be available for those who choose to drive.

Please use the booking link below to reserve your room by April 10, 2027. A personal credit card will be required for incidental charges.

Attire

The Friday night welcome party will be countryside summer attire (such as sundresses, jackets or collared shirts, or equivalents).

The Saturday wedding will be formal attire (such as tuxedos, dark suits, or floor-length dresses, with footwear suitable for the ceremony and cocktail hour on grass).

Childcare

Children are welcome. There will be optional sitters onsite Saturday during the wedding ceremony and reception.

We feel incredibly lucky to be celebrating with the people we love most. Whether you'll be joining us in person or thinking of us from afar, your well wishes are more than enough. For those who have asked, we've put together a registry and a few ways to contribute to our honeymoon.
